Earn Dollars For New Customer Referrals

 

You earn 2% of your referred customer(s) purchases for one year from referral date,

or you direct 2 1/2 % to a charitable or non-profit organization of your choice (verifiable by Green Safety Supply) of your referred customer(s) purchases for one year from referral date .

Its simple and quick. Green Safety Supply wants to expand its customer base. You provide potential customer name(s) and contact information to Green Safety Supply. We contact that customer by email and by mail with literature about our company. If that customer purchases from Green Safety Supply within ninety (90) days from your referral date, you are paid monthly for a period of one (1) year 2% of that customer's purchases, or 2 1/2% to a verifiable charity or non-profit organization of your choice. If a customer has multiple locations, submit a referral for each distinct street address; a referral applies to only one street address. A referral is renewable for subsequent year(s) subject to the conditions below.

 

Based on that customer's purchases (net of return orders and excluding shipping.) Monthly payments mailed on or about the 20th beginning the second month after the month of purchases (to allow for return orders.) On average your payment is sent approximately 60 days after the purchase(s).

 

Conditions: Does not apply to existing customers of Green Safety Supply. You are not an employee of the company or organization you are referring to Green Safety Supply. You supply us with both a valid email address and a valid mail address for you and keep us current on changes. Referrals are not effective until you receive a unique Referral Number from us sent to your email address. You agree to save this Referral Number; it cannot be provided to you after the month of the referral. Other than as a customer referrer, you agree that you are not and will not represent that you are affiliated in any way with Green Safety Supply. The earliest referral date and time applies. You complete and return a valid 1099 form to Green Safety Supply after you receive your first payment and before your second payment accrues or is mailed. This program can be modified or terminated at any time by Green Safety Supply, in its sole discretion. This program ends on December 31, 2009 unless renewed. If this program is successful for customers, referrers, and Green Safety Supply, we intend to renew it for a subsequent period. Referrals are renewed for a subsequent year if this program is still in place AND if your unique referral number is emailed to support@greensafetysupply.com during the same calendar month in subsequent years as the calendar month of the original referral date.
