By submitting the online Credit Request Form to Green Safety Supply you authorize us to ascertain your organization's credit history. Credit extension is subject to Green Safety Supply's discretion.

 

Credit account terms are NET 30 with a finance charge of 1 1/2% per month (18% per annum) on unpaid invoices which are past 30 days from invoice date.
